Â
Sharing this journey with our counterpart are RECODA’s Director of Corporate Services, Dr Hadysham Bin Junaidi and Head of Human Resources, Sabrina Bin Razali who stressed that the restructuring exercise carried out by RECODA was needed for it to attract and retain talents to achieve excellence.
Â
“With our expanding role in project delivery, investment promotion and job creation within the SCORE areas, implementing a performance-based system is necessary to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our role as the lead agency in the implementation of SCORE project.
Â
During the session today held via Zoom, SEDIA was represented by Director of Administration and Corporate Service, Iwan H. Masrul and Human Resources Officer, Patronella Phillip.
