KUCHING, 21-23 November 2017 – The Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) was a key exhibit at the Sarawak Pavilion during the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) 2017.

The exhibit proved to be a great attention grabber with many parties expressing interest regarding SCORE.

The international event which was officiated by the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Najib Tun Razak, was held in Sarawak for the first time since its inception.
This year’s WIEF – themed ‘Disruptive Change: Impact and Challenges’ – examines how disruptive technologies can change the world and enable policymakers and leaders from business and other institutions to respond.

Regional Corridor Development Authority’s (RECODA) Chief Executive Officer, Tan Sri Datuk Amar Wilson Baya Dandot was also a panelist during the Sarawak Focus session on the final day of  WIEF together with the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA) Deputy CEO Datuk N Rajendran.
