It’s all about bridging talent supply and demand through collaborative partnership. RECODA today hosted a virtual engagement with TalentCorp on contributing to Malaysia’s talent landscape in support of the government’s development agenda.
TalentCorp Group CEO Thomas Mathew and Group COO Siva Kumeren A. Narayanan briefed our CEO Datu Ismawi Ismuni on the national agency’s various job and training programmes.
On the discussion table are potential collaborations with RECODA to support stakeholders in Sarawak on upskilling their employees, developing a talent supply database and exploring graduate trainee programmes.
