RECODA, in collaboration with the Ministry of International Trade, Industry and Investment Sarawak (MINTRED), conducted the Essential Leadership Development Programme for Today’s Workplace for 30 participants comprising investors and key stakeholders in Samalaju Industrial Park (SIP).

Facilitated by Mr Heng Chin Siong of UNIMAS Business School, the programme equipped participants with practical leadership and management approaches covering communication, performance management, strategic thinking, organisational change and team building, strengthening workforce capabilities and organisational effectiveness.

The programme concluded with closing remarks by RECODA Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Haji Ismawi bin Haji Ismuni, who highlighted the importance of continuous learning and effective leadership in building capable and resilient organisations. The initiative also reflects RECODA and MINTRED’s continued commitment to strengthening human capital development and supporting the sustained growth and competitiveness of SIP.
