Construction work begins for paved road linking Kg Pendam, Kg Ipai, Limbang
Upgrade works have begun on an existing 7km road alongside the construction of a new 6km road – both of R3 standard, connecting Kampung Pendam to Kampung Ipai, in Limbang.
This is following the completion of site clearing and soil investigation works that have been done for the roads.
Additionally, a reinforced concrete bridge crossing Sungai Limbang will be also built. The projects are being implemented by the Northern Region Development Agency (NRDA), under RECODA.
Construction is expected to completed by mid-2022.
