The RECODA team attended Sarawak Integrity Day 2026 today, themed “Integrity as the Foundation of Sarawak’s Prosperity.”

The event was organised by the Sarawak Government through Integrity and Ombudsman Unit of Sarawak (UNIONS), Sarawak Premier’s Department, Malaysian Institute of Integrity (IIM), and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), bringing together stakeholders to strengthen the culture of integrity, good governance and anti-corruption across Sarawak.

The event also saw the launch of the School Integrity Friends Club (KRIS), the presentation of certificates to participants of Module 3 of the Community Leadership Integrity Module (MIKM), the CABCOM 2026 Special Award on Financial Reports and Annual Budget Estimates for Sarawak State Statutory Bodies and Local Authorities, as well as the presentation of prizes for the 2026 Sarawak Premier’s Cup Integrity Debate Competition.

For RECODA, integrity and good governance remain fundamental to delivering our mandate as the implementing agency for the Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE). Upholding these values strengthens public trust, supports responsible development and contributes to building a more prosperous and sustainable Sarawak.
