RECODA attended the launch of the Malaysia-China Summit (MCS 2024), Networking Engagement Series in Sarawak. The summit, which marks its 50th year, is set to take place on 17-19 December 2024 in Kuala Lumpur. This event focuses on fostering trade opportunities for China, Malaysia, and other ASEAN members
The launch was officiated by YB Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, Deputy Premier of Sarawak, Minister for International Trade, Industry and Investment (MINTRED) Sarawak and Minister for Natural Resources & Urban Development II (MUDeNR) who represented YAB Premier of Sarawak.
Also in attendance were YB Datuk Malcolm Mussen Lamoh, Deputy Minister for International Trade, Industry and Investment Sarawak, H.E. Xing Weiping, Consul-General of the People’s Republic of China in Kuching, YBhg. Dato Mohammad Medan Abdullah, Board Member of the Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE), Mr. Richard Teo, Executive Chairman for Qube Integrated Malaysia Sdn Bhd and Organising Chairman of MCS 2024, YBhg. Dato Sri Abang Haji Abdul Karim Bin Tun Datuk Abang Haji Openg, President of Sarawak Business Federation (SBF) and President of Sarawak Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) & Industry and Mr. Andy Duan, Chief Operating Officer of Longi Energy Malaysia.

Perkukuhkan peluang perdagangan antara China, Malaysia dan ASEAN!
RECODA turut serta dalam pelancaran Malaysia-China Summit (MCS 2024), Networking Engagement Series yang diadakan di Kuching, Sarawak.
Acara ini adalah bersempena dengan Malaysia-China Summit (MCS 2024) yang akan diadakan pada 17-19 Disember 2024 di Kuala Lumpur, sebagai meraikan tahun ke-50; serta memperkukuhkan hubungan perdagangan antara China, Malaysia dan anggota ASEAN yang lain.
Majlis tersebut telah disempurnakan oleh YB Datuk Amar Haji Awang Tengah Ali Hasan, Timbalan Premier Sarawak, Menteri Perdagangan Antarabangsa, Industri dan Pelaburan (MINTRED) Sarawak serta Menteri Sumber Asli & Pembangunan Bandar II (MUDeNR), yang mewakili YAB Premier Sarawak.
Turut hadir ialah YB Datuk Malcolm Mussen Lamoh, Timbalan Menteri Perdagangan Antarabangsa, Industri dan Pelaburan Sarawak, H.E. Xing Weiping, Konsul Jeneral Republik Rakyat China di Kuching, YBhg.
