A Coordination Meeting for the Miri–Marudi, Marudi–Mulu (Kuala Melinau) and Long Panai–Long Lama (MMMLL) Road Project was held to discuss key matters related to land, utilities, environmental considerations and statutory requirements. The meeting was chaired by Tuan Juan Ubit, Regional Director of the Highland Development Agency (HDA), and was also attended by Tuan Galong Anak Luang, Miri Resident, and Mr. Fabian Ngo Peng Ann, Manager, Construction Management RECODA, together with the Heads of Department and representatives from the relevant government agencies and stakeholders.

The meeting included a briefing by Jurutera TCS Sdn. Bhd., the Project Management Consultant for the MMMLL Project. The coordination and discussions among the relevant parties are important in addressing key requirements and ensuring the smooth implementation of this significant road infrastructure project for the region.

The MMMLL Project was launched in November 2025 and continues to progress across its implementation phases. Currently, Phase 1 (Kick-Off Project 1) has recorded 36.23% progress, while Phase 1 (Kick-Off Project 2) stands at 17.39%.
